Digital Self & Digital Life

Wearable cameras record a day in the life, and show how far electronic devices have fragmented it.

Background

Rapid growth of the internet and IoT has changed how we live. The convenience is real; so is the way constant device use has broken daily time into fragments.

Method

Wearable cameras digitised participants’ daily routines, making visible how far electronic devices now shape ordinary living patterns.
