Current BoardWho powers AI, and who pays for it.

Current Board is a weekly radar of the electricity behind AI: who supplies the power for data centers, who pays for it, and what changed this week.

Current Board, first screen: this week in numbers beside a world map of committed capacity
This week in numbers
Four figures for the week: generation contracted, data-center load announced, dollars the parties disclosed, and which layer of the supply chain moved most.
Committed capacity
A map of every project from the last eight weeks, sized by megawatts, with a dashed outline when the article only named a region.
Activity by layer
Eleven layers of the supply chain over eight weeks, each measured against its own average rather than raw coverage.
Biggest deals
The largest transactions on record, written as plain verbs (buys power from, invests in) with the size and the value graded by how it was reported.
Circuits
Who buys power from whom and who invests in whom, drawn as a fixed diagram with the numbers on the lines.
Signal feed
Every classified article from the last ninety days, filterable by layer, type, company and impact.
The Panel
The forty companies the board follows, ranked by how active each was this week.

BetaCurrent Board is still being refined. Classification is machine-made, so figures and labels may shift as the method improves.
